I know (from recent experience) how busy it can get on the floor. Probably the last thing you want to do after working a shift is to go home and study FIMs.
But for all of us, FIMS recertification is nearing, which means everyone needs to pass an exam to become FIMS certified. That's why I'm creating this blog, a place to learn and understand the importance of the FUNCTIONAL INSTRUMENT MEASUREMENT.
This will be a place you can come to to learn all about FIMS, whether it be via your hand held device, a laptop, a home computer or at one of the computers in the Education Room.
